Who is Empowering Minds? The evolution of Empowering Minds began in 2013, Empowering lives and minds. Empowering Minds started funding various educational initiatives with the assistance from various sources. Over the last five years Minds primary focus has been on the academic success of East Baton Rouge Parish students in grades K-12 along with assisting families.
